Welcome to Square & Round Dancing in South Paris & Norway, Maine
Square dancing is a fun and healthy activity you can do all year long. It takes no experience to visit a workshop and see what the fun is all about. We have beginner classes that will start September 12, 2012 at 6:30 PM. The first three lessons for beginners are free. Visiting experienced dancers are welcome to join in at any workshop.
Ray Hilton of Saco, Club Caller for the Swingin’ Bears, will hold the classes on Wednesday evenings each week except during school vacations and if there is a snow day for the school. They are part of the Adult Education program at the Oxford Hills Middle School. After the first free lessons the fee is $4.00 per person each time. The fee for the workshops is $4.00 per person each time. The lessons will be from 6:30 – 7:45 PM. Workshops for experienced dancers of various levels who will be 'angeling' the beginners will be from 7:45 – 9:00 PM.

- Square Dances - See our dance schedule for details. Usually one Saturday per month, except August. Dances include Round Dancing as well as Square Dancing, featuring club and guest callers and cuers. Non-dancers are welcome to watch free of charge. Split-the-pot. Refreshments at intermission.
